ABC of Fitness, an excellent website dedicated to the body theme, published an extraordinary series of 37 Flash presentation that will help you to get perfect on those stretch and strenght exercices. The presentations are extremely well made and are worth the visit even if you’re not an exercise person.

Hero-o-Matic is a project developed by Eduardo Reis that allows you to build the Super-Hero that lives inside you (not literally I hope). The site has a great look, very “comics”, exceptional good-taste and more options than Windows.

There are more than 200 items to be personalized! Clearly inspired on HeroMachine but with a personality of it’s own. The only problem for you English speakers out there is that the site is only available in Portuguese. Anyway, if you really want to try this great app click on the bottom-right link that says “Criar!!!” (In red. You can’t miss it).

The site allows you to choose your favorite lingerie by making use of a simple yet precious help from three “real” models that change lingerie in front of you and at your command. For the ladies, it’s a great way to see how lingerie fits on a certain body configuration. For husbands… well… it’s a great way to use Internet for what it was made for (according to some voices) without jeopardizing your physical integrity when you get caught doing it. Believe me, you will get caught!

Atmospheric Pollution is, yet another, private initiative that try to promote information distribution on such a vital issue as contaminant emission to Earth’s atmosphere.
